Filming a wedding in Provence means working with old stone, open landscapes, and the region's distinct summer light. The venue you choose sets the entire rhythm of the day. Over the years, we have spent time observing and filming in many of these estates, from the working farms of the Luberon to the historic châteaux in the Alpilles. Here is a look at the environments where we operate.

Iconic Wedding Venues in Provence

Architectural harmony and cinematic environments

Le Château de Tourreau, Sarrians

An 18th-century château located near Avignon. The long cypress-lined driveway and symmetrical gardens provide clear, natural structure for an event. It is a large-scale estate that maintains complete privacy behind closed gates, with enough grounds to host every part of a wedding weekend in a different space.

Domaine des Andéols - Luberon

A different approach to the South of France. Instead of focusing only on traditional architecture, this property houses an impressive collection of contemporary art across its landscape. It sits on a high hill and works well for events moving away from classical aesthetics.

Domaine de Canaille, Cassis

Built onto the rocky cliffs overlooking the bay of Cassis. It sits right on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea. The layout is totally secluded, giving you the coastal light and proximity to the water while remaining entirely cut off from the summer crowds of the town.  It was a true pleasure for our studio to film Bella and Johnny’s wedding, as they travelled from Australia to celebrate in Cassis surrounded by their loved ones.

Airelles La Bastide, Gordes

Built directly into the cliffs of Gordes. This hotel overlooks the Luberon valley. The architecture relies on multi-level terraces that drop down the side of the village, which makes moving through the property a unique experience and provides excellent sightlines for filming from above. We invite you to get inspired by this inspiration wedding photoshoot at La Bastide de Gordes

Château d'Estoublon, Les Baux-de-Provence

Situated deep within the Alpilles. This estate actively produces its own olive oil and wine. The stonework of the building reflects the warm evening light perfectly at sunset. The courtyard is vast and open, making it a very natural setting for a long dinner outside.

Château de la Gaude, Aix-en-Provence

Set close to the center of Aix-en-Provence. While the building holds its 18th-century history, the grounds are built around a sharp, geometric maze garden. This gives the outdoor space a highly structured and modern layout compared to traditional rural estates.

Le Mas des Poiriers, Avignon

A classic 18th-century farmhouse surrounded by seventy-five acres of working pear orchards. The interior is defined by a soft pastel color palette and classic fabrics. Because it was designed as a family home rather than an event center, a wedding here always retains an intimate and highly personal feeling.

Domaine du Fortin, Ménerbes

Philippes and César accomplished a miracle and this rich 18th century residence deserves a stay in itself! We invite you to discover this exceptional Mas located in Ménerbes, 10km from Gordes. The layout is more compact than the large châteaux, which naturally brings guests closer together. We invite you to discover Lindy and Adam's intimate wedding with less than 100 guests here.

Château de Martinay, Carpentras

Located near Mont Ventoux, this domain is defined by its wide facades and a very quiet surrounding park. The outdoor courtyards are flat and expansive, easily accommodating high guest counts without ever feeling crowded. It is a practical, beautifully preserved property. Here’s a glimpse of a wedding-inspired photoshoot  at Château Martinay that we were commissioned to film.

Moving from the dry, quiet estates of Provence into the historical coastal properties of the French Riviera requires a simple adjustment in pacing. We divide our schedule between the rural properties of the mainland and the Palace hotels of the coast, documenting events wherever the itinerary naturally leads.

The landscape shifts quickly as you head south toward the water.
