Thirty-five minutes from Paris, above the Montmorency Forest, Bouffémont is hired in full, one wedding at a time. Nineteenth-century salons, tiered gardens, a terrace over the golf course and the forest beyond. Built for privacy

Filming Here

The gardens hold their light through the afternoon. The reception rooms each have their own mood, close enough to move between without losing the day's rhythm. From above, the drone traces the grounds, the gardens against the forest line.
The château sits close to Paris-Le Bourget airspace. Flying here meant clearance from air traffic control, préfecture authorization and insurance, filed ahead of the wedding by a certified drone pilot.

Quiet Execution and Cinematic Restraint

Working inside a private château means moving quietly through rooms that are, for one day, entirely the couple's own. We coordinate with the planner and the venue on timing and access, then stay out of the way. Close enough to catch what happens, far enough that nothing is staged for us. It is how we make wedding films in Paris and the Île-de-France that hold the day rather than perform it.

About the SUper 8 Wedding Film Produced at château Bouffémont

Alongside the main film, a Super 8 piece. Short takes, nothing set up, nothing repeated. Grain, soft edges, a frame that drifts. The format was never precise and that is the point. It puts distance between the moment and the image, so the day already feels remembered rather than recorded.
